-A Bachelor's degree, with sales as your core dream.

JOB DESCRIPTION
-To manage sales operation in your assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
-To supervise the sales growth of your team members on daily basis and provide guidance wherever needed.
-Identify skill gaps and conduct training to sales team.
-Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
-Must have a Bachelor's degree.
WORK EXPERIENCE
-2 to 4 years relevant experience in Insurance Marketing, Banking/Microfinance .
